These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable statutes.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. Mitlix Private Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Mitlix Private Limited sells health supplements, skincare, and wellness products. We make every effort to display product information, ingredients, and images as accurately as possible. However:

• Colors and packaging may vary slightly from images displayed on screen
• Product formulations may be updated without prior notice
• Results may vary based on individual physiology, diet, and lifestyle
• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
• Your order will be confirmed only upon successful payment
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters processing immediately. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@mitlix.com. After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been dispatched.

Mitlix Private Limited reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Product unavailability or stock errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses
• Non-availability of delivery service in the pincode

• We ship pan-India via our logistics partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.)
• Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days from order confirmation
• Delivery timelines may vary for remote or semi-urban pincodes
• Tracking information will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier, natural disasters, or government restrictions
• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
